RESOLUTION: Guest is offered another room at the same hotel.

MONEY BACK: If the issue remains unresolved, 100% money is refunded.

ISSUE: Geyser not available or malfunctioning.

RESOLUTION: Guest is offered another room at the same hotel.

MONEY BACK: If the issue remains unresolved, 100% money is refunded.

CONDITIONS: The above stated guarantee is not valid in the off-season.
